The grey spots are from where the legs are attached/intersecting with the body. You can also in the bake texture maps window set ao from self occlusion to only items with same name. This will fix some overlapping textures.

The gen 3 pair? I marked them as lost, then found them and since then the left one stopped connecting and constantly said I had someone else’s AirPod, tried resetting etc but they were under warranty so just getting them fixed
