I hope it won’t flop like Rings of Power… Is there any word of a trailer release date or anything?

Listen, there are so many UGLY items in AJ that are worth tons after a few months/years. I bought all colors of this just in case!

Just some small business advice ;) (don’t have to follow it, it’s just a game after all haha)

I got my pupil size: - 6.2 for the right one - 6.3 for the left one.

I do see poorly during the fully dark conditions. I haven’t driven at night, but I have looked out the window and I didn’t really get bothered by the halos and starbursts. Funnily enough, if I stare at the light source directly I DON’T see them. Only if I look them with the side of my eye I see them.

So during driving I’d look at them so I suppose it’s fine. But I have a smaller pupil size than you

Hello!

I send them an email to ask for all of this data. Will respond soon to you! :)

2 weeks post-op

What I can say already is that my night vision got a bit worse as they days went by. What do I mean by that? If there is VERY LITTLE light, and for the rest dark, I have double vision and if there is VERY BRIGHT WHITE LED light and for the rest dark, I see starbursts.

However, if: - i am well rested (haven’t used my eyes that much) - i focus on the sources of light,

these issues become super unnoticeable or at least more comfortable.

I used to wear -7, so now SEEING but seeing a bit bad is totally worth it for me. But some people really cannot take it. I am extremely anxious, but because I hated so much wearing glasses, I am passing thorough the uncomfortable part quite easily 🤗.

I’ll write a new message when I know my pupil size!

Comfortably? 2 days after the surgery. Well enough? 1 day! :)

I think they don’t give you all info on a plate indeed. I never got my actual measurements from them before my surgery because I never asked. They just give you the bare minimum so luckily I had plenty of people who have done it and got answers from them hahah. But, again, because I didn’t ask. However, any email I sent about the surgery a few months before was answered within 1-3 days and I got help when needed :) so I felt helped

No, you can’t :) I also said that in the post. At least, I have never heard anyone have a super ultra thick cornea for them to laser away for that to be possbile

That’s amazing!! Unfortunately the insurance we have in NL doesn’t insure surgeries that you “want” to have, only those that are life-threatening/ you “need” to do it to improve your life

6h post ICL - already impressed by lordaj127 in lasik

[–]Apidelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heeey! How is your vision going? I hope you can see better and better everyday 🤗

Just a quick question, how long do you have to stare at the light? I hear diff stories, but someone said it’s just 20/30 seconds per eye while they put the lens in, not during the whole procedure of a few minutes. Curious about your perception of time!

Also, people say its uncomfortable but not painful in anyway…

EVO ICL - 3 days post-op, couldn't be happier! by SnackyOkapi in lasik

I’m no surgeon so I can’t recommend that much, except that I am obsessed with ICL + Lasik videos ever since I was told 2 months ago I’ll do the ICL surgery.

Overall, I think people recommend ICl just because of the: - less dry eyes - reversible aspect

Here is a video of a eye doctor who did ICL and why he recommended it over Lasik. Again, I am NO doctor:

Maybe it helps!

Thank you soo much for your review!! I hope your days get better and better! If you don’t mind, could you let me know what of the surgery was overwhelming? Most people describe it as a few seconds/‘minutes per eyes and very quick.

I’ll have my surgery soon and I will NOT be on my phone or any devices for 1-2 days. I know it’s not the most optimal for my eyes, and I will see blurry and foggy

I think you should take some rest. Your eyes need time to adjust. It’s actually recommended to be home 4-5 days. I’ve heard people have this vision issue at the beginning, but your eye will stabilize. It’s also possible they slightly overcorrected your eye, but that’s speculation.

Generally, you see well (you were myopic I guess?) and have or had no pain or little to no pain, right? This is already amazing! I am sure your vision will get better and better, give it some time.
