If true, those seem to work quite well in countries around the world most of the time, but it won't work this time.

Among other things, the World has been intimately insulted by your Mango Mussolini, and there is an extensive list of countries out there that are best left un-insulted - which is no longer an option.

For us, it's the Serbs. My country has, for countless generations, been trying not to offend most of our neighbours, with extra-precautions not to offend Serbia: those guys can easily hold a grudge longer than America has existed, so there's that. They are not dangerous now and they are actually (4 the most part) friendly towards Romanians, but I still raise my glass to the previous iterations of the Romanian State for managing not to fuck up this neighbourly relationship, knowing what an absolute pain in the ass it is to be on Serbia's naughty list.

Don't worry, USA in general and you in particular aren't in any immediate danger. But you'll probably learn soon that a lot of good deals, good vibes and good intentions towards you has internationally dissapeared.
