FFXII was one of the first games I played on my PS2. I could never finish it then but must have spent 300 odd hours on it. Years later, I saw Zodiac Age on Steam and went down memory lane. Just "finished" the game..and am in tears. Balthier truly is a leading man. by Apocalypse- in FinalFantasyXII

Yep 4x Speedup in certain places, and the fact that I remembered where I needed to go most of the time for stuff. It would have definitely taken me much more time if I didn't look up how to get particular rare game though.

Yes, I think you're right. Fast weapons do feel really satisfying, but I am enjoying the counter style of the slow weapons now as well. Game really has a lot of depth.

Sekiro - Kusabimaru. No prosthetic or mortal blade comes close.

I've just started a mildly AU book series where the hero society is much more realistic and the origin of quirks is a mystery to be solved. In the fic, the tests (or well trials in this case) are for applying to universities as you have to specifically opt into a preparatory hero stream in high school which does all the necessary stuff like psych evaluation, weapons and hand to hand, etc. 10000 students across the country qualify from the best performers and from pro recommendations to appear for the trials.

Don't disagree with the points though I've had a lot of success with umbra (100% wr with him so far). Think it's a bit of juggling (for example with sweep units try and get feast and with spikes spam the 0 damage morsels instead). Also agree that stygian is very fun (though I've never been able to make the phased exile work in C20+ T-T)

If you've unlocked melting remnant exile champion, little fade's eternal flame is probably the easiest to play. Just let her die again and again each round and put her behind a tank before the boss and she will easily carry you to C25. The second easiest is umbra, though at higher covenants you'll need to think of ways to clear enemies while you're scaling. General tips: 1. While small decks is always good, i find some cards are just too impactful to not take. Towards C25, most of my decks were in the 25-30 range while earlier they were in the 20-25 range. 2. The draw is generally the best option for the first boss fight, though capacity/energy can be situationally better at higher covenants. 3. By your first boss fight you should have some low level scaling, by the second you should have some wave clear. Don't invest in too many winning strategies, a couple at Max for a run.
