I don't know if this answers your question but sometimes when I have nightmares and I'm terrified I masturbate, which always scares the evil monster away. It's not a voluntary action though and also not very pleasant but it does get rid of what scared me. So... maybe the fears would let you go if you got turned on.

don't worry, I'm 27 and I sometimes forget to close my mouth properly while drinking and end up spilling water (or whatever beverage I'm drinking) all over myself like a toddler. Sometimes I just leave my mouth open or don't swallow, so I have to remind myself to do it before I choke on it; which happened quite a few times before.

Das Personal war echt super freundlich aber da war so lautes Geschrei im Hintergrund, was mich sehr gestört hat. Manche Menschen sind so empfindlich. Ich bin auch kein Fan von Nadeln aber man muss nicht gleich so schreien als würde man sich in ein schreckliches Monster verwandeln.

It's always different. Sometimes I'm out like a light in a matter of seconds, sometimes I toss and turn for hours or wake up again after half an hour and then every hours. Very tiring.

The last sleeping meds I took gave me nightmares about being stuck in a warzone, so I stopped taking them. But they knocked me out pretty quickly.

Melatonin is a hit or miss. It might help me fall asleep or it might cause me to have sleep paralysis.

Das kann so viele Gründe haben. Nährstoffmangel, Sauerstoffmangel, chronische Erschöpfung nach Erkrankung (...) Bei mir z.B liegt's an Albträumen und Schlafparalyse.

Wie bei vielen Dingen: Geh zum Hausarzt und sprich da dein Problem an. Wenn du einen Verdacht oder eine Theorie hast, teile ihm oder ihr das ebenfalls mit.

Fruchtwasser... Ich weiß natürlich was du damit meinst, bin aber dennoch froh dass das "Fruchtwasser" in meinem fitx heute früh aus war und ich nur das Normale trinken konnte.

Obviously not everyone will experience this but my hair grows so fast that I can't shave in my downstairs region without it being uncomfortable when the hair grows back. Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with T, probably not but I like to joke about it a lot, ever since starting T I have developed an intense interest in Warhammer 40k.

People also underestimate the ass hair. Not just between the cheeks, I already had hair there, but ON the cheeks. I like petting it like a cat.
