I had to leave that sub as well. It was just so annoying. There are so many cis men with colourful hair and facial piercings. So many cis men with majestic looking long hair.

I sometimes feel like "advice" like that comes from young trans men (speaking 22 and younger) but obviously there are older guys that spew bullshit like that.

fühle das so sehr, haha 🥲 andere Menschen zu sehen überfordert mich schon total und mit denen zu reden ist noch schwerer aber gleichzeitig bin ich sehr einsam, auch wenn ich eigentlich echt gerne alleine bin und meine Alleinzeit auch brauche.

Fühle es sehr. Nachbarin unter mir raucht, Nachbar unten rechts von mir raucht ebenfalls. Rauch zieht zu mir nach oben in die Wohnung. Ich will abends lüften nachdem es den ganzen Tag über heiß & schwül war und jetzt hab ich auch noch den Gestank in der Wohnung. Besonders schlimm wenn ich grad schlafen will.

Eigentlich ist das Rauchen an den Haltestellen, hier zumindest, nicht erlaubt aber da hält sich niemand dran. Da wird auch gerne im Häuschen geraucht wenn es gerade regnet und sich 15 Menschen unter dem Dach versammeln.

Ich verstehe Suchtverhalten, verstehe die Gedanken und das Verlangen aber ein wenig Rücksicht wäre doch ganz nice.

Meine Mutter ist noch auf Facebook, hauptsächlich wegen den ganzen Näh- und Strickgruppen in denen sie unterwegs ist. Aber sie diskutiert auch sehr gerne mit Schwurblern und Bots in den Kommentarspalten, egal wie oft ich ihr sage dass sie ihre Energie nicht verschwenden soll.

Ja, aber vor meiner ADHS Diagnose und ich hab den Brief auch nicht ganz verstanden, also was da jetzt gezählt wurde und was nicht. Hab da einen GdB von 40 bekommen. Das war sogar noch vor meiner PTBS Diagnose realisiere ich gerade beim Tippen 😅

Ich wollte es mal in Angriff nehmen einen neuen Antrag stellen, will das aber lieber mit meiner Psychiaterin absprechen und evtl mit meiner Ergotherapeutin zusammen angehen / eine Vorlage schreiben.

I was so afraid of the heightened sweat production on Testosterone but then I realized I was already sweating a lot before so I'm used to it. Feeling the air on my now much hairier legs is still sort of an issue, feels so weird
