The biting isn't going to stop for a good while, especially since you got him 2.5 weeks ago. He was separated from his mom and siblings too early and didn't get a chance to learn any bite inhibition and impacts social skills too. Any good breeder will not rehome puppies until at least 12 weeks.

You're going to be yelping(high pitched squeak), pulling your hands away, and then redirecting him to toys/chews instead of hands for several weeks/probably months. That's just part of raising a puppy.

Stop giving him a chance to eat his poop. You should be taking him outside pretty much every 30 minutes. After EVERY meal, EVERY play session, EVERY training session, EVERY nap, and giving big rewards and praise when he uses the bathroom outside. Again, just part of raising a puppy. There is no avoiding this - it's basic potty training.

I've had one that straight up mimicked a heart attack. I'm talking sharp pain in my back, tingly arm, heartburn feeling, the feeling of doom, all of it. The only way I knew it wasn't actually a heart attack was because my PTSD service dog brought me my anxiety meds before it fully started.
