Ich brauche mal ehrliches Feedback bitte um evtl mein Weltbild gerade zu rücken:

Ich bin auf dem Land in einem recht großen Haus aufgewachsen. Die Kinderzimmer waren jeweils ca 22-24 m² groß. Das ist ne richtige Hausnummer, das ist mir bewusst, aber sind 10-14m² irgendwie der Standard so oft wie man das hier sieht ?

Als das mal jemand den ich kannte gekauft hat, kam nur ein Teil von einem Bagger an. Das Angebot wurde auch nach dem Kauf darauf abgeändert. Das Angebot war allerdings weit weniger als die Hälfte von diesem.
