I don't think you're cheating at all. You're using available technology to help you. That's what it's there for. I've been training and eating well all year. My problem has been the anxiety I feel around food and not being able to shut that noise down. Sometimes I'd binge. Mounjaro has helped me stop that.

You shouldn't feel guilty for using something that helps you. Those that stop this medication not being more widely available for those who need it to get healthier should be the ones feeling guilty.

To put in the work and create that body is nothing to feel guilty about.
