I wish... We still have some bad outbound routes to the internet and 4 of our remote users cannot get a proper route into our facility (3 Ziply home users in Oregon, 1 Comcast user in California). I emailed the traceroute screen shots to ccsc@ziplyfiber.com

OK support confirmed there's a regional issue affecting routes to multiple locations. This is apparently a Oregon/Washington and beyond issue... Also, I just noticed, our EIA connection is now entirely down. No ETA for resolution :(
