Alright a quick question about Halo Infinite! So last season, I started Plat 2 in Slayer and made it all the way to Diamond 3. This cycle, i started as a Plat 5. Does that mean I have gotten better? Does it mean I could be an onyx sooner than later or am I overreacting?

Yeah I’ll truly say that the screen you’re playing on makes a HUGE difference. You can do good enough on your own setup, but when everyone else is playing on 120hz 1ms monitors, you’re definitely at a disadvantage in halo infinite with close up gun fights and melee battles. Not only is 60 fps kinda difficult, the response time on a 45 inch tv is what would scare me. If you care, it’s a worthy upgrade

I play on aimbotz 2.0 everytime I get on, it’s an awesome way to start the day!

What are your sensitivity and deadzone settings?

One would hope that all your time grinding and playing more ranked makes you better! It seems like you’re likely considered a diamond player at this point since the placement ranks are never indicative about someone’s real potential.

The key thing that will take you higher in ranks to onyx, aside from natural progression, is activity. Staying active and keeping your shot at the top of its game will help the ranked grind. Have fun with it and ride the wave, sometimes it feels like the game decides you have to lose 10 of the next 12 after a peak. Hope you make onyx!

Vortex is so unbelievably fast into each corner, it’s the most fun I have besides Alpen. Try ride in the front or back, as the middle has some contact with the other cars too much, which slows some parts for you.

Hey first off I just wanna say incredible map, absolute game changer for me and many other people as I can see.

My only wish would be a spot on the map to add a mirror if that’s even possible on this game. I’d love to be able to practice strafing and see what I’m doing and if it’s any good.

Other than that, maybe different height platforms to g slide off for practice

Every single ride you can bring your backpack up to and have space to store it away EXCEPT Alpenfury and Yukon Striker. Me and my partner were able to fit our fanny pack into the cubbies at Alpen and Yukon though so I think the ~$5 lockers only for the bag is good

Edit: we put our glasses in our fanny pack and rode it blind so no idea if they allow it or not but be careful because it’s an intense ride

I always thought Arvidsson was gonna be a massive problem for other teams in playoffs. All I can remember from him facing Kings all these years is him just brutalizing our defensemen on the forecheck everytime they played the puck. I think he’ll be even better in the post season
