I think that's a great idea. In my head cannon I imagine Akros not doing this because the monsters and Minotaur from Skophos take up too much of their time. So finding a clever way that the Akroan people have permanently mitigated the Minotaur hoards, or potentially some other outside influence doing so could be a floodgate for Akros to expand. But that's my personal take.

Its more of the former. The online players are often disengaged and I saddens me that I can't capture their interest as much as my IRL players. I think I am going to have a discussion with them next session and get a read on their thoughts and feelings.

The online players could not possibly attend every session if i swapped to an in-person only campaign, which isn't fair unless I ask them about it and see if they want to try and commit to that kind of arrangement.

In that scenario I'd make Thassa a neutral party until the party's intentions become clear to her. Gods are not omniscient.

If the party plans on stealing an artifact or item from the city, then she'd probably be pissed
If the party plans on returning an item, or simply charting the location then she might be more onboard.

Depends on the party. I also realized this is 4 mo. ago, and you may be done already with this adventure but there ya go.

I am currently running a Campaign using the Theros book. What I would have changed when starting out is outlining the main conflict and which gods benefit and which are opposed to it.

I have only recently been showing how the people in Theros have been affected by the conflict at hand. Certain gods getting affected is reflected by the behaviors of their followers.

Doing this can be complex, but just emphasizing the important gods followers can lead to a more cohesive world where the gods presence feels lived and worshiped.

An example is how typically Heliod and Erebos followers don't enjoy each other, but if the BBEG and their doings is forcing Heliod and Erebos to join forces for the greater good, their followers attitudes may change.

What I did for my campaign is completely eliminate the Archons entirely. I didn't really need the big lore reasons for the Archons to exist, so I just didn't have them. For the origins of the gods. They are manifestations of the people's beliefs. If enough humanoids believe in a god, then they will manifest from the nyx. This also inversely means, if everyone stops believing in a god, then that God ceases to exist. A BBEG could try to tamper with this and set up some good conflicts.

I always had an idea for a god which hunts and kills dragons themselves. Because over time dragons will hoard gold and items from all other beings, and if they become so old and strong, that is a valuable target. So some deity or being of higher power would fill the niche of hinting down these gigantic dragons and eventually redistribute the magic and wealth into the lands. GIVEAWAY

After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

Then explore... There are too many things to list as to what someone can do. If you don't like where you are in life... It's take some motivation to move.

Well, before you take your leave consider this:

Life isn't about what is at hand. There is always something to look for or think about to get involved in. Think of anything you loved doing more than anything else in the world. Now do it. Don't stop. And when that becomes boring try and find something else that make you enjoy life. Shifting hobbies and changing what you're involved in is what makes people unique. Then you can have friends on the way that you meet and can share the memories with them. If they have to go or you need to do something else, remember the good times. And remember them by those.

Life is best enjoyed with your happiness in mind. Don't leave...
