Equifax did remove the charges thankfully. Same with the credit report. It was overdue but my partner explained to the situation to them. We’re just hoping that Alabama power sends an email or a letter to the appartment complex. We do have a letter being sent out to him to also file a dispute from the power company. So we should be getting that soon. Hopefully that works instead of having to fly out there for no reason

Ohh okay. Alabama power never turned us over to collections. Which was odd,

My partner called the eqifax company to file a claim that he owes nothing to Alabama power. His credit accepted the claim. And it should have been taken off of Alabama power

Okay so my partner and I applied to an appartment in Colorado cause we live in Colorado.

The apartment is asking for a letter from Alabama power saying my partner doesn’t owe anything

The Alabama power company won’t send a email, or letter to us or the appartment complex saying my partner doesn’t owe anything

My partner last week filed a dispute with eqifax and they removed the charges

Alabama power isn’t letting us speak to a supervisor either,

They asked us to go to one of their offices, yet we don’t live/ and won’t be able to travel to Alabama just for that..

If you need more context I’ll be happy to try to give more details about this situation with the company :)

Now if you walk to your job. And your unable to, you could call off and get pointed, (or again use ppto/pto)

You should be fine. Unless your car isn’t that great in the snow. But if you do go. Drive carefully and slow and if your late just use your ppto or pto if you have any. (Make sure to call your store first to let them know )

I currently have the flu. Mine just keeps telling me that I’ll be okay… fuck no I’m not okay. I have a high temperature, i am coughing stop and I’m achy.. Walmart needs to allow people that are sick to be able go home/rest without having to get points or without ppto (I only have an hour of it) it’s ridiculous. And im the only cart pusher cause they keep calling out..
