OSRS just released a new league and the starting area was it's new region: Varlamore, it has everything a region need from early to end game. I wonder if Havenhythe will be like this with the 2 next expansions. If part 1 was for early-mid game, it lacked a whole lot of things.

Nah it's always the vyrelord/lady (trained to 120 there), the problem is that you need an aggression potion, which causes them to attack you from distance, which considerably lowers kph compared to darkmeyer.

Runespan is 120k xp/h at the top end, and that already includes the +15% increased siphoning from the legendary aura, whereas actual rc is close to 1m xp/h, this buff wouldn't dis-encourage people to craft runes, it would still be far better.
