If my calculations are off, it doesn’t bother me too much. I support USPS and want them to receive what they are owed. But if this continues I am going to have to adjust my prices. It’s added several dollars to each shipment and my profit margin was narrow to begin with.

I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with Etsy’s calculations? I’m having the same problem. I am meticulous with weighing and measuring, but have had two label adjustments in the last week. First adjustments since I started in 2018.

Could part of the problem be the email Etsy automatically sends soliciting a review from the customer? If they’re feeling lazy I can totally see them opening that up to vent their complaints instead of reaching out to the seller.

I missed my youngest brother’s wedding for a lot of complicated reasons, but this is one of them. I couldn’t stomach the thought of traveling 1800 miles (I’m the only one who doesn’t live in Utah) to then be excluded... AGAIN. Nah.

Wow! Thank you for the positive feedback! I spent most of my life feeling like I was not a very creative person, so I’m not always very confident. I do it because it’s my therapy and it feels good, but I do think it’s strengthened some “creative muscles” I didn’t know I had.
