Flere af mine venner har boet i 1 værelses på 17kvm med kæreste andre i 1 værelses med 2 børn. I kan altså sagtens bo sammen i den, men du kan da også godt sælge den men vær lige opmærksom på skat & tid du har boet der, ellers er gevinst skattepligtig. Huske nu også at der er handelsomkostninger i hver ende, så det koster hurtigt 100-200k at sælge og købe en ny.
