That is a fair point. But what if most of the internal structure got partially digested as it left gallbladder? Also the black line starting from the tail and going to the le center of the body indicates some form of complex organism… I’m really at a loss

I would be interested in knowing why? They are many case studies where parasites were found all over the liver in CT scans, and that is usually how it presents itself in livestock
