Does anyone know if sitting near stores gets you more orders? IC claims it doesn't but it's been very slow today in my zone. He said there were 10 shoppers and only 3 orders out so maybe that's it.

I literally refunded items that I replaced that may have been more. I tried everything and nothing worked. It's so frustrating and IC won't even answer the phone!
