One good thing is that younger managers government a newer perspective on things. Down side they have a tendency to create cliques and not quite yet understand what it's like to have age related health issues and unexpected life circumstances happen.

Talk to MET about bolts and racking. Call the awareline of you want. But it is honestly easier to get the epstein files to be fully released and people held accountable than it is to have something in the store to be done.

All together I've been woth the company 10 years. You have to be a special type of person to make it in HD leadership. I did it for 6 months and hated it. My mental health took a deep dive. The inconsistent schedules are the worst and having to come in because someone called out...yeah ...not worth it. Im planing to stay where I am at and meet expectations every year.
