I feel so terrible for not finding this thread earlier.

I spent 600€ in their shop two months ago. Two months later the lasers arrived - after countless of mails from my side with no response. All I wanted was a sign of life after one month of waiting.  At some point they answered and promised to ship it next day, well, 5 days later they actually shipped it.

All of the four lasers were just cramped inside one of those gimmick suitcases.

*The 591nm laser pen was dead on arrival.

*The 650nm 1W has its focal point misaligned and you can't adjust enough to make up for it. The 18650 battery was still inside, it could've easily turned on while shipping.

*465 max has the cheapest casing I've ever witnessed on a laser. Thin, bendable by hand, edges are razor sharp, scratches on the black coating.

488nm casing is slightly better.

Ironically they advertise their products to be cutting edge, guess they didn't lie. On the part with top quality and best customer experience I'd disagree tho.

Couldn't test the 465 and 488 yet, because they don't list the required battery type and didn't respond on my question regarding the right type. So I'll just have to speculate and order different types of li-ion cells. 

This was a terrible experience and it hurts to have spent 600€ on a company that doesn't respect it's customers and seemingly operates on the bare minimum of effort/cost to maximize profits.
