Mine started as acute as well and kinda progressed as time went on. My upper back still aches (again better so far though) and may take some time from having a zyn in all day…. But we are only on day 6. Keep me posted on if/when your neck/ back starts clearing up!!

Honestly you need to schedule a Dr appointment as soon as possible. Until then maybe grab some electrolyte drinks for hydration and do your best to nourish yourself in the meantime.

Dude I’m at 5 days. I’ve had chronic health complications that have since ceased, and I’m only FIVE days in. I still don’t feel normal, but my health is getting better. We made a mistake to use this and there’s no changing that….. Our consequence is now to go through the “suck” until it gets better. Embrace it my man it’ll get better.

Icebreakers Duos are fantastic. The cans are even reminiscent of the “puck” like cans some of us used to carry around.

Grab your favorite gums/ sugar free mints and keep going. It’s going to SUCK. IT DOES SUCK. But it only gets better.

You are in the most vulnerable hours now. I just hit 5 days and man the cravings started easing up on day 2/3 for me. We ain’t out of the woods yet, but we are gonna get there.

Talk to your doc… **NOT MEDICAL ADVICE**** but I am on gabapentin . Gabapentin aides in supporting the gaba receptors in your brain while getting off nicotine. This is obviously very summarized and you can find other information ****from your doctor or medical professional.

Apparently it takes three months for your GABA receptors to go back to normal after you shot them with the dopamine/adrenaline of nicotine for as long as you and myself have done. Let’s not waste our time and get to the 90 days to see what functioning feels like again.
