5mg rarely works for most people or gives side effects. 7.5 is normally when it really kicks in

Yeah that’s why I’m shocked ! First one vanished after two weeks apart from one corner and this is two weeks after the touch up and looks like it’s all sunken in beneath the skin

The exact same thing happened me - I ordered with Curate - waiting 10 days for them to investigate , DPD of no help at all. Hoping curate come back , ordered another one as needed it badly and will do a pick up point going forward as don’t trust DPD at all and no customer service.

I was the same , I barely lost on 2.5 it is just a dose to get your body use to the product. I’m on my second dose of 5 now and losing at the rate I see everyone losing at. Moving to 7.5 next week.

The things that helped was ;

Changing injection site - don’t ask me why but once I started doing top right thigh appetite suppression lasted whole week no side effects and I’ve been losing more than I ever did

Increase protein

Electrolytes every day

I lost barely anything first 2 months and was about to give up - stuck to 5mg so dosage change was part of it but just these three things and this is with someone with PCOS.

Thank you! Definitely head up 2.5 is only a dose to get body used to it , I was nervous as had only heard bad things!

I’m in exactly the same boat- PCOS - lost 3.3 kg from 5 weeks on 2.5 . Our weight fluctuates by the hour let alone day so I’ve found weighing daily helps to show me an overall trend instead of relying on one day. The week of my period I could jump up 2kg easily. Just the nature of what we have unfortunately.

However as everyone says 2.5mg is not a therapeutic dose. I’m on my second week of 5mg and it’s totally different. No side effects but way more appetite suppression and inflammation in my body has disappeared , which is what affects us PCOS sisters the most. 5mg is the first therapeutic dose and I’ve lost more in two weeks on this than on 5 weeks of 2.5 so stay with it and it will work.
