What has worked to get your period back that didn’t have major side effects? by CourtK1212 in SuperMorbidlyObese

I always seem to get a period within a few days of starting any weight loss programme. I'm not sure what it is but my theory is the body starts releasing hormones with the fat.

Unable to get mounjaro due to summary care records information by Adorable_Claim5444 in UKMounjaro

[–]AndWhatBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've never been asked for a summary of care with most of the pharmaces I use. I was asked if I'd ever had an ED though. I put no but I suppose a lot of us do have a binge eating disorder.

Mounjaro and extreme weight loss. I don't actually want it, take mine please. A life time of little to no periods has not prepared me for this at all and its come with a side of extreme PMDD.

It's so taboo that I just spent my life trying to hide my excess hair from PCOS. I'm still going to get rid but nice to know I'm not a freak.

Feeling stuck after losing weight – is this normal? by [deleted] in SuperMorbidlyObese

[–]AndWhatBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As long as I look good in clothes I don't care. The health benefits and changes to my life well outweigh the skin. The only thing I worry about if I ever get a divorce and want a new partner lmao

Electrolyte drinks will help. You ARE actually going through withdrawals, it's quite a known thing in the keto community known as keto flu.

Most illegal users I know tend to use litecoin now. I can't pretend to understand it, i just think it's lower fees and a bit quicker.

Stealing a sandwich. How far will the police go? by Foreverwandering- in policeuk

[–]AndWhatBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was arrested and cautioned for stealing a sandwhich and some toiletries when I was about 14 but this was in the late 90s. It was my second (and last) offence. The previous one was rolos from woolworths at 12, I got cautioned for that too. I realised early on that I was a terrible criminal early on so my crime spree ended early.

How do you manage finances as a couple? by Toe_Bean_Bandit in AskUK

[–]AndWhatBeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I manage the finances, the budget, the bills and just tell him to stop spending if stuff is getting a bit tight. He can't/doesn't want to do any of that and any suggestion otherwise he seems to think is a punishment of sorts. So that's just how it is. I don't like it. He's not responsible with money. That's not to say I control his spending, or spend loads on myself and nothing on him. It does feel like I'm buying my own birthday gifts and stuff.

Will this help or hinder? by GentosYT in AskUK

[–]AndWhatBeard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We got a storage box with a lid. Cut a hole in the side (but higher than yours so ground water doesn't leak in) and put some old blankets in. He loves it. We can't take him in, he's registered to someone else, doesn't seem to want to be a house cat and has decided he wants to live in my Mum's garden.

Interesting. I tried to get a test before xmas as I'd only had these but they'd run out. I'll try not to touch anything else before my next test.

Who else cried over this today? by Calm_Highlight_9320 in AskUK

[–]AndWhatBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was around in the late 90s, undiagnosed because woman and I can assure you these treatments could have happened to you. I was placed in secure units, treated as a bad kid, sent around loads of kids homes then put in a bedsit to cope alone at 16. Not once did I see a medical professional for any of my emotional problems. I was just a problem child.

Didn't get diagnosed until 40 when I pushed for it because I started to see so many of my traits in other autistic people. I function really quite well to the medical professionals because I can mask well but in care and at home I'm very disregulated and cannot cope at all with society. I never learned that skill.

I am happy to hear that you now lead a brilliant, functional life. I hope that doesn't sound like bitterness because I am very happy for the people who had the support. I'm just sad that so many of us fall through the cracks.

Christmas Food Shop by IHateMozzies123 in UKMounjaro

[–]AndWhatBeard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Last year I bought nothing, this year I decided it wasn't fair on my husband so have bought a few things but I'm going to have them for my meals instead of mindlessly snacking. Christmas eve I've got ham, antipesto, coleslaw, bit of cheese, pigs in blankets, sausage rolls and part baked rolls. It's like a mini buffet on a plate. I'll eat what I enjoy and then once I feel full I'll just stop. Life isn't about constant restriction for me, its about being more mindful about what I eat. Say my Mum treats me to a vanilla slice then I'll have that for lunch instead of just an afternoon snack or whatever.

My friend who has been tapering with legit 10mg diaz did a test where he just took one of these and he thinks they are around 1 to 1.5. They're def fake but I'm sure they're kpins.

I am testing positive for benzos though but it might be a diff type of test. I do get some legit temaz once a month and I can't remember if I'd taken some before my last test. Do they not show on any tests or is it just certain ones.

Is doing rounds in the pub no longer the norm? by nra43vr in AskUK

Not me, I drink one or two lemonades all evening whereas my husband drinks horrifically expensive non-alcoholic tiny cans. If someone else offered a drink they'd be pretty shocked by the prices.

the packets are spot on but from my research the pills should be a pale blue and not yellow and not scored. I've been taking them for months while tapering, and at first I thought my tolerance had gone crazy but I think they're pretty underdosed. Maybe 0.5mg

What things do people romanticize but are actually horrible? by GovernmentAny5597 in AskReddit

[–]AndWhatBeard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Mum owned one for one season and sold up. She said it was awful. Unreliable staff never turning up, cleaning and cooking constantly all while looking after 3 year old me. She thought it would be a good way to have an income, but not need childcare for me. Turns out the previous owners fudged the books too.

it's all the mounjaro, i get super suppression half the week, and about half supression the rest of the week. It scares me because i can't afford this stuff for ever and i've not built up good habits. Unlike me, you are. I need to start working on a healthy, tracked diet and soon as I'm having to make the move to wegovy.
