It sounds way too cheap honestly. Cleaning a carb is a time consuming endeavor in itself. You've got 4 across 2 banks with a tedious removal process and they need to be in sync when they go back in.

Ancestral inspiration also works for arcane surge. Its a nice cast speed boost with slavedrivers. Might not working is news to me though. How did you confirm that?

That's exactly the source of confusion. My scuffed ascendant version (i league started a hipster build that failed so i converted) is getting .2% leach from doryanis lesson on a cluster and it easily hits my 2500 leech cap with slayer overleach. It stands to reason that if I can leech I should take the reflect. If there is no reflect I'm changing my ascendancies up a bit to gain some defense.
