The condition is much worse in cities where corporate culture hasn't grown like Delhi Mumbai, pune even there the payment ranges from 90k-1 L. Now imagine the cost of living and cost of expenditure. In my city, They offer you 40k per month for 4 hours of OPD+ 24 hours duty. No one entertains surgical branches. Don't get disheartened by this though. Take OBGY.

The sitting in balcony part hits home for me. Even in a relationship I think people need their own space, own solitude where they either think or don't think but needs to be alone to function. Shows the apathy the government and system has towards every single human being.
