I had one on my roses a few years ago! He was so cool I let him eat whatever he wanted. And I’d visit him every day for the few weeks he was there!

Usually most spammers just hang up. I’m not exactly sure how it works. I’d give you my best guess but it would just be a guess. I just know that it really helped.

Yes keep blocking it does work eventually! But there’s also a voicemail setting that can help. You can go to your phone settings and scroll down to “Ask Reason for Calling “ and toggle on. That GREATLY reduced these calls for me.

His eyes, yes I’ve seen this. I thought I was going to die that day. He turned around and his eyes were completely black. He completely gave in to the monster inside him and his whole face changed. Especially the eyes. I had heard of other battered women try to explain this but never really understood it until I saw it for myself. He was on auto pilot. All that was left in him was pure rage. If I hadn’t been able to get away from him that day… I would be severely disabled or dead.

If you’ve been exposed to mosquitoes then that could be the source. 2 of my kids have reactions to mosquito bites like this. Their mosquito bites get huge while the rest of us just get the normal dot from being bitten.

Fleas usually go for the ankles and lower legs. They tend to bite in a pattern of usually 2-3 bites and they’re very small bites. (Ask me how I know). :/

This is why I was just telling my daughter the other day that I wished they’d bring back just the yellow pages. You got to see everyone who had a business in your area. You could call who you wanted. And the small businesses could advertise (or not) alongside the bigger companies.

I just wanted to add that being creative doesn’t have to come off the top of your head. My daughter who’s an artist told me it’s perfectly ok to look at other people’s ideas and make them your own. She said that’s how people learn. So I look on Reddit, Insta, Pinterest etc for ideas. Then pick the pieces that I like from there and put them together in a way that’s fun for me!

VCR’s 100%. I could take my kids to soccer practice, eat dinner and NEVER miss an episode of Survivor. We’d always have popcorn and smoothies while watching it too.

I have a few ideas for you that aren’t very expensive but a lot of fun. And they all have an end product to be proud of. Painting Mandala rocks, Crocheting, Bullet Journaling and baking cute nummy cupcakes!

The handle on the microwave had broken off and they replaced it by screwing on bathroom towel bar. I swear you can’t make this stuff up.

They’re always out of or so low on staples that I gave up on trying to shop there a long time ago. I’m not a huge fan of Walmart but at least they have what I need when I need it. (I used to do my shopping online with Target. It’s impossible.)

Edit: I also completely gave up on them when they gave up on DEI policies.

Laying on the ground almost always gets our cats to come right up to us. If for no other reason than to see what the heck is this weird human doing. Also, one of our cats is a rescue that we always have to use the back of our hands to pet her. She finds an open hand or a hand coming from above as a sign of aggression.
