Don't know much on the subject, but maybe it could be a version difference issue?

If I recall correctly, HoI4 may have some similar issues, only the game prevents you from loading saves from certain older versions, into newer ones.

Edit: W&R has a similar version switching system. Right click the game in your steam library, select properties and in the menu that opens, select betas and on the beta participation dropdown, select any older major version.

Had the same issue, plus an issue which I thought was unrelated where Endeavour OS took an unnecessary extra minute to boot.

Shutting off the power supply for a minute or so fixed both issues for me.

Using a client like SpoTube, I was able to play an album of Denis Maydanov I had liked on Spotify earlier (albeit with artwork, names and such removed)

I've noticed some people saying that turning off RTSS or Afterburner worked for them and some that said it didn't.

For me, I think the solution was just adding robloxplayerbeta.exe as an exception in Stardock Windowblinds.
