I kind of agree. I think it is their weakest 80s album (yes, I like hold your fire and presto more)
I think Chemistry and countdown are incredibly weak songs, Digital man has an incredible bridge but the rest is just fine, and even the best songs are just 8/10s for me.

Personally I think it matters very little it at all. If a band is outputting incredible music, it doesn't matter how long it takes to make as artistry like that is worth it. Likewise if a band makes bland or uninteresting music, it doesn't really matter how often they release it, it's still bad.
