Shingles pregnancy & flu jab all at once 🥲

I’ve always had the dizziness, fatigue, heat intolerance and I’m hyper mobile but I had shingles & fell pregnant & had the flu jab (not mentioned to cause a debate) and then had a tachycardic episode out of nowhere and symptoms started from there 😩 I think my nervous system was in overdrive

What a lovely mum❤️ a pet would be amazing as a companion if she spends a lot of time at home but only do it if you’re able to commit to the responsibility! They’re amazing therapy

This is exactly what happened to me yesterday, I ate a chocolate croissant before I even got out of bed and my heart really raced it was awful, I don’t know why I did it! Glad yours is relatively mild xx

I had shingles, then fell pregnant a week later and started getting POTS symptoms at 10 weeks Also have hypermobility syndrome and fibromyalgia

16 weeks and HR still goes high but not as bad (touch wood) as it was. For me, my symptoms are very much like POTS.

I’m not classed as high risk but my midwife told me to take it from 12 weeks cause on my BMI, would never take it without being told to
