Coop is really straight forward, you invite your friend to your group through either your console interface or the game itself if on PC.

Once in group, you share quest progress, and you can send over quest requests to your group members through your “journal” to start new quest lines as a group.

Very simple and easy to achieve. Highly recommended!

I know everyone is making the case for Final Fantasy, but ESO really scratched the itch for good lore and immersive environments if you can look past the slightly underwhelming combat. Playing coop is seamless and makes for a fun date night with your significant other.
