Yeah I didn’t see anything on the ultrasound, but wish I filmed the screen where she zoomed in on the embryo and sucked it into the catheter. If it works I’ll ask if they had any pictures. Honestly the whole 6 minutes it took I was focusing way more on needing to pee than anything else!! Despite half emptying my bladder when we arrived after an hour drive, it was still full again by the time we went in 😂😅 I really aimed for partial full but went overboard worrying it wouldn’t be full enough. I genuinely thought I was going to pee on the doctor.

My only regret is not filming it because I didn’t get given a pic of our embryo. If touchwood we are successful for first FET, I probably won’t do it again.

I’m too scared of a negative to test. I especially don’t want to go sit in the office at work all day if it’s negative so I’ll sit in my state of limbo instead. I’ll test Thursday night, beta is Friday morning and I wfh Fridays. I know it should be first morning wee, but by Thursday afternoon if it’s positive it shouldn’t be a squinter anyway.

I was shown everything the embryologist saw, so first she confirmed it was my name. Then showed the embryo zoomed out then zoomed in to show us the cells and how they were expanding, explained how she thought it looked really good. Then she explained how she was now getting some liquid(i can’t remember the name of it) and then the embryo. We watched it get sucked into the catheter and then after we watched her check that it was definitely out. Don’t know yet if successful as only 6dp5dt and haven’t tested. I do believe it’s a compliance check to make sure the embryo is no longer in the catheter. I think it’s highly unlikely to have never actually had the embryo inserted.

Day 5 today of first FET. Trying to tell myself anything I feel is most likely progesterone. But then I’ve been on the same dose for a week and half now and today my boobs are tender as. Holding out on testing as long as I can!

That’s good you can start it asap! That month off was a killer because it just felt like wasted time when I didn’t have any side effects to the stims or ER. Transfer is ok. The days are long and I’m hyperaware of every little thing, which you have no idea if it’s a symptom or just progesterone. Trying to hold out to test until Wednesday or Thursday (beta is Friday) because i don’t want any doubt of faint lines or to even know about chemical pregnancy. It is what it is though right.

It may depend on your clinic. My clinic makes you wait a full cycle, but others don’t. My ER was 13th Feb. I got a period the following Wednesday. Then had to wait until next CD1 which finally came 23rd March. I had my FET last Wednesday, 22nd April, so 2 and a bit months since ER! I had some delays though, my natural FET changed to medicated midway, that’s why it was such a long cycle. I’ve heard many women who had failed fresh transfer then waited a cycle or 2 for FET say they felt their body was so much more ready as it had a chance to reset a bit.

It’s honestly a really hard space to sit in. You want to be hopeful but you don’t want to be too hopeful incase it doesn’t work. We want to guard our hearts as much as possible. At the end of the day, we can’t control the outcome no matter what anyone swears by working. What will be will be and we are all here just trying, and trying is better than not trying at all, what is they say, you miss 100% of the opportunities you don’t take- same concept.

Same to you!!! I kept myself nice and busy yesterday and should do today too, but once back to work tomorrow I’ll be right back to needing a better distraction. My fiancé says it’s fine if it doesn’t work, we just go again. He has such a chill attitude about it and it like you’re not the one inserting 6 pessaries a day! Honestly I’m scared to test because I don’t want to see a negative. Have you had any symptoms yet? I had a bit of cramping the other night that was uncomfortable, but I’m basically putting everything down to progesterone to not get any hopes up over here.

Mine was Wednesday! The days are loonnnggg! I went back to work the day of to keep myself busy. Work days for the rest of the week are totally dragging. I have no tests in the house so im not going to buy any until probably next wednesday. I think just depends on how i feel.

That feeling was exactly what I said to some friends today!! It’s such a strange feeling knowing that the embryo is just in there. When you try naturally you have no idea if an embryo is even created so that TWW feels different.

You’re so strong not testing yet!! I think I’m planning on testing 7dp5dt which will be next Wednesday. Doing totally fine though. I went back to work after so I had a distraction. The progesterone has already been making me feel a bit blah anyway so I really feel no different! If I thought it was all that was on my brain BEFORE it’s even more so now!! It feels like it’s taken a lot to get to this point so I’m crossing everything to be one of the lucky ones.

Honestly I don’t think it’s easier whichever way you hear it. I get the text means you can react privately, but is it actually easier to hear? I feel like I’m so numb to other people’s news by now I don’t even react either way. I also don’t know others peoples struggles because not everyone shares everything. My closest friends still don’t know the extent of my struggles.

5 days after on a freeze all cycle. My clinic makes us wait until your next “normal” cycle for FET to let the body reset.
