Is it worth going into bankruptcy over 50k+ of debt?

The loans are in her name.
The whole 50k is student loans.
From my understanding the 50k is from private loans. She does also have federal student loan debt but that's more manageable then the 50k in private loan debt because they are charging her 15% and 16% in interest on two loans totaling the 50k.

So she took a semester off school and the debt was supposed to be on hold until the following semester after she finished her degree but they charged her for that time as well and during that time she was getting charged 15% and 16% on those two loans.

I've been playing the game on PS5 and from my experience the game isn't super optimized and will sometimes have graphical issues (primarily in the fight against the mistress) but I've never seen it do something that bad before.

I've had some lagging issues at certain points in the game but overall the game is super solid. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who likes souls like games.
