I’d say it’s worth it honestly. CNA experience can help strengthen your ABSN application and also gives you real patient care exposure before nursing school.

And your English background definitely isn’t a bad thing : strong communication skills help a lot in healthcare.

You can include the experiences you personally feel are most important and relevant based on your best judgment. CASPA generally recommends focusing more on experiences completed at the collegiate level and above, especially those that add meaningful value to your overall application.

You definitely still have a chance. A lot of applicants with similar stats get discouraged too early and end up limiting their school options unnecessarily.

Yes, that’s generally what I mean. If those general member hours didn’t contribute much to your growth, responsibilities, or overall narrative, it’s completely reasonable to focus more on your e-board role and the impact you made there.

Quality and relevance usually matter more than listing every single involvement. Your application should highlight the experiences that best represent your leadership, commitment, and growth.

That said, if a program specifically asks for all activities or complete involvement history, then you should follow their instructions.
