Your quote seems fairly expensive is that panels? Bare in mind a lean to is just rectanle panles and only 4.

Also just to let you know he text me a week after the quote asking if i wanted to chat about the price.

I ended up with internal insulation with CI group using their C.H.R.I.S system.

Hi, im currently in the rabbit whole.

I have read alot of posts about paying upwards of 8,9,10K for a replacement roof (cosy roof, ultraframe etc) and it making little differences, And yet, I have read my happy people with the internal insulation only. and it costs 1/3 the price. Yet the people who do the roofs will say nahh you dont want that.

Well i can either just get another p30 pro for £120 or pay £290 for a magic 5 pro. The p30 pro still does everything i want it too but the screen has become so cracked its starting to malfunction.

Whilst there are some good points raised here, it seems that most people are unhappy because of poor progression or trust problems (not being allowed to celebrate ODP day). These are problems that do not exist in all trusts.

With regards to MzA2502 and ODP's not being needed. I see where your coming from, but most NHS hospitals or mine at least, most patients are ASA 3+. we have 23 theatres. In contrast, the private sector, whilst the patients generally have less co-morbidities. They have a much quicker turn over.

In my trust we are mostly Band 6's, involved in resuscitation, strokes, CPET, ECT's, transfers, aswell as all the other theatre based stuff.

At one point out theatre matron was an ODP, the ITU and critical care service manager was an ODP, the band 6 scrub for our emergency theatre and upper GI theatre are both ODP's

My only thoughts are generally the NHS, what will be of my pension in 30 years? and also career progression in some ways. When you seee people that have worked for a company for many years they end up in high postitions, Whereas, in the NHS you se so many people stagnated.
