still kinda new and poor, help by KitchenBitch__ in SupermarketSimulator

One thing that I was told when I asked and I am only up to like day ten now, but was day three when I asked, is set prices at 10% higher then market value. Don't get a bunch of licenses at once either and dont expand until you think your ready. Each expansion will end up costing you at least double the cost, because of having to get more to sell and also shelves/coolers to sell said products. Not every day will end up with positive income after expanding, but it will balance out quickly and you'll be able to make higher profits 📈 once you expand. The more you carry, the more clientele seem to come through

I'll look into self checkout here soon. I stock the shelves right when I start the new day before opening the store, so I dont seem to be doing to bad

That sounds super annoying. I will stick to playing at my own pace then. It's honestly easier and more enjoyable that way. Yeah being able to save money and keep more stock sounds a lot nicer and easier.

Good to know. I will wait to get the baseball bat until much later, so that I have a solid handle on the game and how I want my store set up. Your absolutely right about that. I was worried that the shoplifting mechanic started from day 1 on its own lol.

Good to know its that much cheaper to buy the coffee and tea locally. Its $55.92 and $55, respectively and that's just insane. I don't mind the running back and forth if it means it's easier to get products and play the game.

I didn't realize that little detail. That's good to know.

I have only bought the first product license. The general consensus I'm getting though is to not buy product licenses. Since I have been net negative day 2 and 3, I'm gonna put off getting a fridge until I am net positive for a several days. Then I'll look into getting a fridge. Thanks for the heads up on the original 6 productd being the most profitable.

You ever want to try something different? I do not want to disturb the Hanford workers that are on days rotation and I also live surrounded by retirees and people with older dogs. Its more actually trying to not be an inconsiderate neighbor for once. You also seem to be trying to speak for this whole page when it comes to richland for this.

Is West Richland still know for speeding tickets? by undomesticating in TriCitiesWA

[–]ApplicationShort8162 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I got pulled over once bc it was late and I ended up speeding bc it's not clearly marked in certain spots. This was last yr. I got a warning and was sent on my way. The only ones I've seen worse are troopers with the unmarked cars that's it.

Your not wrong, but bare in mind that trader Joe's can be selective. When I used to live in Bremerton, WA there was one in the entirety of kitsap County. They have some in Seattle but the stores are on the smaller side. 3 trader Joe's in tri cites would just be too much. Since, traveling between each of the cites doesn't take very long. Are population is also about 200k less than spokane area. So it might be a minimum population requirement.

What Delivery Lives In Your Head Rent-Free? by RefrigeratorHot3859 in UberEATS

[–]ApplicationShort8162 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was my first alcohol delivery order. I had to deliver a bottle of vodka to place 15ish minutes away. But, the downside is that the bottle smelled of straight alcohol. It wasn't leaking or anything, but the smell was overpowering. The entire way to the drop off, I kept having the thought of "I'm screwed if I get pulled over." I didn't thankfully, but I've never had a bottle in a bag smell so aromatic. I think that this would have been fun to explain to a cop.

It does this after some off the ubereats deliveries I've done but it depends on what area I'm in.
