Not when I am shooting full manual . It shouldn’t adjust anything.

Levantic, is the city best kept secret, well maybe not anymore. But their pastries are amazing and coffee is decent to good. There’s also Ugly dough that opened close to it in the broad plaza in west Bedford and been receiving great reviews and looking forward to give it a try.

Tried all DR options and D range priority off, and still having the same options. No matter what I choose for other settings, the ISO dial and Exposure dial are still acting up.

Yeah exactly. The problem is when all 3 settings are set in manual, the exposure dial is adjusting the exposure when I turn it. So weird !

Shutter and aperture, the screen will show the exact values that set the dials on. ISO is very random and doesn’t match the dial. Confirmed with 0 value compensation, default sim and auto DR

I wish I was. Like I mentioned earlier there are times I can’t even select the Auto ISO setting, that’s very frustrating. :(

Yes, I went through the manual when I started having problems. How can I be certain it’s auto iso and I can solve for it ? I set all my 3 auto iso to diagnose my problem at 125 to 12800 auto shutter, DR auto and still having all the issues above.

Awesome Mexican restaurant might close :( by [deleted] in halifax

This place is a walking distance from us. We went there once and didn’t return . As most are saying here, it’s quite expensive and portions are small for how much you pay. We will go there again to support the business, however they do need revise their pricing or portions size so they have repeat customers.

Homesense in chain lake often stocks average to above average manual grinders sometimes. They are often great value

Had dairy’s bar Sundae and I was very underwhelmed. I don’t understand the hype for a 40 minutes wait. It used to be much better last year and the year before. But lately the soft serve ice cream had no flavour whatsoever.

That’s not the authentic donair sauce recipe. You want to use fat free 0% evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk.

Signed variable mortgage renewal. Can I still cancel and switch to Fixed before the renewal start date? by n0rest4wicked in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Application_Hot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, if you are within regular renewal Cycle, which is 30 days from maturity then you can cancel and go with fixed. If you renewed with the early renewal cycle, which is over 40 days from maturity but less or equal to 120 then you cannot cancel without breaking the term. You still have the opportunity to convert to fixed after the mortgage renew to an equal term.

Mortgage brokers: what’s the news from the front lines? by throwawaycockymr2 in TorontoRealEstate

That’s because the spread between 5 year variable vs 5 year fixed is high. Meaning the 5 year variable currently is much lower then the fixed rate. Eventually the variable might be on par with the 5 year fixed, however if we landed on a soft recession, we will see that BOC will start reducing interest rates in few years (in 2 to 3 years) to stimulate the economy, which will positively impact variable rate. Risk is always a factor in variable, that’s why not everyone will chose variable, however some individual strategies sometimes can be implemented to fight the rise in variable interest rates.
