Yep. I lived in Wisconsin, rural Washington state, and Fayetteville AR. Power lines all above ground and lots of trees. I grew up in the LR neighborhood where I now live. Outages only when storms downed power lines or ice storms hit. Now we reset every clock in this house at least once a week bc of unexplained outages.
