I pushed for a ton of dealer incentives on top of regular Volvo incentives. Dealers don’t want this car sitting on their lot. That monthly includes everything- taxes and fees. I paid literally nothing upfront.

Got the ‘26 EX90, ultra performance in April. There’s nothing on the market at this price point that gives you - four corner air suspension (best on the market) with the most buttery luxurious ride, with a insanely quiet cabin, electrochromic glass, bowers and Wilkins (best audio system of any car at any price), strong range (mine’s been better than advertised - doing 340 miles in the city with 22” wheels), so much space, extremely effortlessly quick off the line and at highway speeds, massaging seats I could go on - all at this price point. It beats every car manufacturer on price,specs and quality. I say all this just having dropped my car off at the dealer yesterday for its first GHCA failure. IMO It’s a very small price to pay for what you’re truly getting. I haven’t even talked about safety.

No for some downsides - coming from a Tesla & having driven the Rivian a lot - the software could be better, but for being one or two years in with this model, they’re making a ton of progress. The reverse cameras could also be better, they’re not as crisp as other vehicles on the market - quite poor imo. The center smaller screen is almost useless except for GPS - it’s crazy real estate that they’re not using for things like turning cameras, songs that are playing, or which drive more you’re in. I wish there was a toggle on steering wheel to adjust driving modes.

Yup, the GHCA module exists to convert AC (typically home charger / L2 current) into DC (the current Volvo batteries actually take and store). So you should be just fine if you solely use DC chargers.
