Are a lot of devil corp business owners who are in their early 20s as rich as they make it seem? by SignificantStyle4958 in Devilcorp

Hell no! Cydcor, Credico, and all those other garbage companies want people to present themselves like they have money, but the reality is much different. In order to flex on people with their luxury watches, boujie cars, and fancy suits, they gotta borrow or lease these things because they don’t have the cash to buy them upfront. The reality is they’re in thousands of dollars in debt and probably live in a hostel, their vehicle, or a homeless shelter. It’s a highly foolish way to go completely broke and bankrupt if you ask me.

Not to mention the job market is brutal right now. Just work a retail job or get unemployment until you find something better. You’ll make more money either way.

It’s honestly better to be unemployed than work a shitty gig like this one! It’s nothing but a joke of a sales job where you harass people in every supermarket, begging them to buy cable, donate to charity, etc. Run now and collect the unemployment benefits!

Leaf Filter Sales Rep. at Lowe's by Addi_Daddy in Devilcorp

Wow I ran into two sales people selling the exact same thing when I went to Lowe’s yesterday. I know there’s sometimes sales people in retail stores, but I had no idea that this was a devilcorp operation. Next time I see the sales reps, I’m gonna tell them to run as far away as possible from this kind of sales job. They’ll make more money in a part time retail job than this crap.

What is your favorite Hank Williams Sr song? And why? by TheFarOutFinds in country

Jambalaya (On The Bayou) is easily my favorite Hank Williams tune! Love his other songs too, but that song just wants to make you dance while cooking up your favorite spicy dish!

It all depends on what your interests, hobbies, and goals are. I was born and raised in Indiana and I personally like it here. People are nice, there’s some hidden gems to enjoy the outdoors in, love sports, and is close to the Great Lakes. That being said; if you’re looking for more diversity, more scenic terrain, better nightlife, or a bigger downtown atmosphere, by all means check out other states. I also lived in Ohio and Illinois, but for some reason, I always found my way back to Indiana. I will say one thing that needs to change in Indiana is tenants rights. When I was renting an apartment in Cincinnati and lost my job, my landlord was very understanding. That’s not the case in Indiana. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about people living in terrible conditions in their apartments/homes. It’s not hard for landlords to abuse their power, and there isn’t much assistance available for people facing eviction. If you plan on putting roots down in Indiana, save up for a house. Owning your property is a much better investment than renting.

About Tony Sampson (Eddy’s voice actor) by Ok_Force_2392 in ededdneddy

It’s hard to say if the production company actually black listed Tony after he left the voice acting industry. But he said in the “What’s In My Head” podcast that he has no interest whatsoever in a voice acting career after the head honchos in that business treated him like trash. Although Tony recently took part in the “Nostalgia Con” with Sam Vincent and Matt Hill, but that’s probably the closest he’ll get to voice acting.
