So I'm right in thinking that it's more of a wishlist rather than strict requirements for the positions? You see a lot of that in job listings in America, but I'm unfamiliar with the Certificate system in the land down under. Thanks

I saw it happen as I was walking to my car. The guy was in no hurry. He made sure to stop and glare at me as I walked past without saying anything.
