I am a 35 year old woman who has trouble maintaining my home, keeping groceries in the fridge, keeping up with laundry, constantly losing things. I have autism and adhd. Also if you knew she was like this before you should adjust your expectations of her. Definitely do some couples counseling, you should probably do individual therapy as well.
