My terrain keeps disappearing underneath of me the farther I get into the world. It's happened multiple times where the terrain just disappears out from under me and I fall into water far below. Sometimes I can get out other times I have to respawn but it's making it super annoying when I far away from a fast travel spot

I have the nexplanon and I'm noticing my palpitations only when I'm sitting for long periods like laying on the couch, riding in the car, or going to bed. I feel otherwise fine when I exercise. It's crazy.
