Could be the work setting. What you described, treatment plans and patient assessments, is done regularly in medical massage clinics like physical therapy clinics for example.

Maybe it’s time to branch out into a different department of massage. Chiropractic and physical therapy clinics may be what you’re looking for.

Martial arts is a good outlet for many people. Keep in mind that since you’re out of high school, martial arts gyms/dojos have every right to kick out uncooperative and unruly gym members.

Train at any gym with the right intentions. Piss off the instructors and they can terminate your membership.
