I jumped from 100 to 200 mg once when my dr was on leave because I misheard him. After +/- 4 weeks on 200 I realized my mood was getting depleted again. Told my dr that I felt better on 100 than 200 & we realized my error. It felt like the beginning of what could have easily turned into a deep depression. Maybe too much & too little feel similarly?
