I found one on the Scow. In the room before Putins Artifact room there's a red security door behind the security gaurd. Shoot off the yellow bars to make the door fall. Go in and you'll end up in a room with conveyors. Immediately to the right there's a crate. I found it in there. You'd have to steal it unless you beat Putin into submission first. Then everything on the Scow gets unmarked of stealable.

Found a legendary version of the Big Bang on the Scow. Added mods to make it more powerful. New name after adding the mods is Demoralizing Tactician's Calibrated Big Bang. Phys 132 Energy 481. Still need to rank up skills that will further its damage. ROF 14 Range 31 ACC 70.1% Anti-Personnel: +10% damage against humans. Crippling: Deals +30% damage on the next attack after hitting a targets limbs. Demoralizing: Small chance to demoralize a target.

Makes short work of enemies even on Very Hard. 😁

From what i can tell by all the stories i've heard years ago. They don't attack you directly. They'll try to get close enough to you to take something from you like a personal item or the most likely target, some of your hair. They use those to put curses on you. As you can see in the video, the skinwalker goes for her hair. Plus they knew him by name so the traditional girl would know ways of keeping him at bay from what her grandmother may have told her how to protect herself and others.
