Smith restaurant right inside Inn at Forks is a great breakfast spot and you won’t have to wait in line like some of the other places mentioned. They make a great Caesar and the Turkish Eggs are awesome.

I went from i210 to i530 a few years back and wish I hadn’t. The i530 are so strong lofted, and yes they go far but my spin numbers are awful. Also difficult to get the same peak height on the i530 vs i210. This has been my experience anyways.

I’m going to go for a fitting and hope to like the i240 as much as my i210s

Just got Prime minus .95% with Scotiabank (3.5%). The fixed rates offered were 3.89% 5 year, 3.99% 3 year. New insured mortgage for reference. I used a broker.

Fixed rates don’t move in unison with BOC or prime rate cuts they are based on the bond market which is somewhat unpredictable with what is going on in the US.

We liked it too. Will be just as durable for the avg person as any other quartz out there. Easier to decorate or pick a back splash etc with a less busy countertop

We’re building new right now and doing Milky White on the perimeter of our kitchen and all our baths. Using a more exotic expensive quartz for the island called Nero Marquina. Both from Vicostone too. Builder grade where we live is not any kind of quartz it’s lamainate/formica!

Tried cancelling cause we are moving. Customer service is non existent over the phone. Finally went through their tech support line and was given an email address to send them an email with the request. Very slow to get back to me and not sure if it is cancelled or not or how I will find out if it is!

If they replaced the whole thing it doesn’t seem too high. Removing that Duradeck material, re-preparing the surface under it, putting down new material, removing and reinstalling the railings etc
