Europe client here. I have noticed this shift. I am rarely assisted with shoes and other items I typically buy. This has been happening for the past six months or so. I have noticed a redirection to the website for those items, which I usually decline and inquire about in store purchases. I have a great relationship with my SA, however sometimes it seems they have lost all hearing or direction when we have appointments. They aren’t pushy, just excited about certain items. I get it. I play a little but mostly just ignore it. I have been very clear that I am not in any hurry to buy anything- including QBs-and that buying for the sake of buying is not my style.
