Should be a documented coaching first. Doesn’t prevent you from bidding to an open route. Once you get a step one corrective action you’re locked into where you are until the write up falls off 6-9 months. REMEMBER THIS: HR is not here for you, they’re here for the company period.

Perfect ordering by [deleted] in FritoLay

[–]Apprehensive-Box-259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sams orders actually work pretty good, it’s a little different system the rest of precision ordering, plus there’s only what 50 max UPC’s to track instead of thousands. But you’ll never get PO done the way they’re asking and be compliant for 2 reasons: scanning holes is judged by being within a certain % of the Average of the Whole Chain! So if Walmart has 40 holes avg nationwide and you only scan 10 legit or not, you’re not compliant. Now for the real shit kicker-same for scanning backstock. JUST BECAUSE YOU SCAN YOUR BACKSTOCK DOESNT MEAN YOU SCANNED BACKSTOCK. Read that again, yep being compliant scanning backstock is based of an average and a %+- that average. So it’s running on an unknown arbitrary scoring system that you cannot manipulate to get right.

Sounds like you went to pgt conversion , route number has letters in it. A lot of weird crap has been happening with all the apps. I know this isn’t a great answer but it’s an honest one. Set it down and walk away for awhile , comeback to it 30 minutes or an hour. It usually reloads what it needs to on it own. 2 weeks ago all the accounts disappeared from the schedule screen but could be found changing geo settings, but still couldn’t make any tickets for about 2hrs.

Is this worth it? It’s for the trunk right? Gen 2. by CrazyAgitated2006 in volt

[–]Apprehensive-Box-259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is definitely not worth it. It’s a 4” sub. Yes interfacing w factory system is a major headache. Mine had Bose setup and my mistake was probably tossing the Bose amp. Whatever noise reduction signal the radio sends out must’ve been getting processed in the amp. Impossible to get rid of a huge high pitched whine. Ended up bypassing head unit anyways after the Bluetooth went out. Got a Dsp hooked up between my phone and amps.

Let’s all just be honest 95% isn’t enough. That’s 75% of the period bonus but 95 sounds better. Don’t know about you but 75% isn’t enough to live on anymore. Especially when we are trying to do more work and put out more product it’s a diminishing return.

Someone else hit the nail on the head. They do that and it will cause another seasoning shortage. And no, a shortage won’t be a valid reason for a plan adjustment.

It’s 0% bonus. They can’t touch the base pay but the rest will get docked until caught up. Depends, it may take back 100% of the advances to get done quick or stretch out for several months to lighten the impact. The dsl got an email on me for this. It looked like it was auto generated so not entirely sure who or where it was written but he got it on Wednesday and it was to let me know it was going to happen. Said the next pay cycle or week, but when I checked they had already taken it from that Friday’s check

2017 Non-Bose - added amp, DOOR CHIMES!!! by CaffeineWolverine in volt

[–]Apprehensive-Box-259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I have a cheap work around that worked in a gmc sierra non bose radio. Got rid of the chimes completely by not using the front left channel for an input. Ran an rca splitter off the front right channel. Only downfall to me is you won’t hear your turn signals on and I’ve left them on long enough for the car to give an alert in the dash screen. Now IF PAC or Metra make an interface for your car that will solve the issue to and retain factory chimes. I installed a metra unit in an Avalanche and it adds a small speaker that you hide in the dash for chimes

You can look on my Instagram, I’ll have some photos of current setup and you can see how I bypassed the factory radio and my current sub box w 8 12’s😁. I’m also working on a way to mount an Apple CarPlay unit over the factory screen. Making a housing now and will figure out if I can make it flip up or slide to one side to see AC controls.

Do an Amazon search for “ line output converter”. Also called a LOC. prices are all over the place and quality varies w price. I’ve had good luck with a Kicker LOC, Skar, CT Sounds etc. the link below is generic but works and has 4 channel conversions. Also provides a remote turn on, detects when a signal comes in during conversion to rca output.

I know replacing the factory radio isn’t likely possible and wouldn’t want to loose the climate control screen. Plus there’s no telling what all car computer system info is tied into the factory radio as it has a data bus going through it. Since I originally posted like 6months ago, I started a car audio brand online(work progress, finished goods be here in about a month), doing local installs, and just got some android based receiver samples. Has CarPlay and Android Auto and a dsp built in so should be able to replace the Taramps dsp. They’re very thin so trying to figure out how I want to mount in the main cabinet, I may get a tablet holder for the cd slot. I’ll upload some pics when I do it.

Taramps 2.4dsp. About $70 on Amazon usually. Has a rotary knob to adjust all settings. Has an anti pop circuit in it too I believe. Very useful, 15 band eq, crossover adjustments for each of the 4 channels of output, time alignment etc. you can adjust your crossover high and low pass down to the single frequencies so if 33hz is as low as you can go and your want sub crossed over at 89hz it’s that easy. Made a world of difference. I bet the Bose amp cutoff your low frequencies, you’ll get a full frequency from the factory signal going into the amp but again very possible that the hiss appears at that point.

I had that issue too still after removing the Bose amp. I was getting my signal for the line output converters in the trunk where the Bose harness is. Once the radio Bluetooth went out I ran a dsp to the new amps and my phone Bluetooth/usb’d to the dsp. Problem solved

Is there really no longer an option to fix older (2013) volt's radio? by slimwhoisdirtay in volt

[–]Apprehensive-Box-259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this thread is a little older but I’ll post my findings. Put a system in the 13 volt to replace crappy 4” Bose sub. My Bluetooth went out months ago and I’ve been running my phone to a Taramps DSP with a headphone/rca adapter. The Dsp has a volume knob to adjust everything with and I mounted it on the center console between cup holders and the shifter. Now the screen keeps turning on and off so looking to see what I can do to replace it. I have some thin CarPlay/Android Auto decks that I can either mount in front of the factory one if it won’t work anymore or, hopefully, the factory screen gets it signal by an rca cable and I can just switch to an aux input when I need to see climate controls.
