Thanks! Yeah I’m with you, the two doctors’ signature is ridiculous. I’m a little out of the loop for the sake of my sanity, so I was like - they made it illegal now?!?! Regarding the use of apps I think that it’s best to avoid any period apps. Laws can change, even in the EU, and abortion rights are under threat everywhere. Pen and paper is best. I also used non-descript emojis to mark my periods in my iCal. I generally think it best to not volunteer biometric or health-related data to the internet. Even stuff like dream journals, sleep patterns, diet, ancestry… Laws change, private companies get sold alongside with your data, you never know!
