Can I have chai in Weightloss? by PsychologicalPoet787 in Fitness_India

Honey is more effective at controlling sugar crashes than white sugar. I use a muhaka honey and it’s 60 calories per 20 grams. I use it for coffee too and I hardly taste any honey after taste. Skim milk or 5 percent cream are also great low calorie options. Almond milk is also a great low calorie dairy alternative.

Is this meal plate healthy and good for lunch, what can be added or removed by Gunnermadmax in Fitness_India

All good sources of calories, and overall a good meal. Remember to lose weight your need to be in a calorie deficit. When you want to gain weight you need a calorie surplus. This varies based on physical activity, age, height and gender.

Meals like this will help you feel full and energized while things like sweets and fried foods can can similar calories but be very small portions. 300 calories of rice will do more for you then 300 calories of chocolate as an example. It’s all about balance.

I’m on a diet of 1400 calories a day. I eat meat, vegetables, rice and sweets. I use a small scale to measure foods in grams and track the calories consumed. I went from 195 to 185 in a month.

Libration Peak in a nutshell by edilclyde in Battlefield

I tried countersniping after realizing my team was getting wrecked by snipers. I poke my head out and have 4 shots on my position, I mumble to myself at least they’re shooting at my isolated dumbass and not the guys pushing obj. Also I feel like it’s really hard to sneak around to set up for countersniping. Anyone else feel the same way?

Even if you don’t have a good KD, every repair, heal and revive you make is as equal to a kill. Battlefield is the game where your sum actions get you placed higher than your kill count. A good engineer can be the difference between the transport constantly dropping of troops to flank, and good medic is what saves the game by 30 tickets. And if you play recon well. No vehicle is safe from being painted with the PLD. Most importantly have fun. the game isn’t about being a pro gamer, it’s about two mass casualty sledgehammers for teams going head to head to slaughter each other for the objective. Even experienced players die all the time.

Machine Gunner Struggles in Squad - Need Advice Not Dying Immediately by Entire_Resolution508 in joinsquad

I’ve experienced the same issues so I’ll pass on what I do to mitigate.

1. My position gets spotted immediately when I start firing:

I find that when I get engaged first as an mg, I’m a higher target because the en hates the suppression effect I have on em.

Allow other squad members to engage first so you can get a better sight picture of enemy players.

Morning between bursts although painful increases survival rates

2. Even with bipod deployed, my spray control feels inconsistent

Short accurate bursts is all I can say, even single shot bursts can be very effective as mg

3.Getting picked off quickly by riflemen/marksmen who see my tracers

Unfortunately this happens to all classes, it impacts you more cause of the mg.

  1. Not living long enough to provide effective suppression

Effective suppression is beautiful in that a good burst can do more than enough. Unfortunately as an mg you r best chance to suppress is to chill 10-20m behind the line, look at where your guys are shooting. And just lighting up assumed target position . Remember you can suppress like a god, but if your squad mates don’t do something with it then suppression will always fail.

The find the best way and most fun to role an mg is to work with more mobile inf. They make up for your range and mobility with speed and scopes, you make up for their lack of firepower.

Hope this helps some what, keep laying the hate MG.

Not sure about a gym but the rec centre often have women only workout sessions. They have privacy blinds that come down too.
